BILINGUAL HR Manager - $75k to $85k - Hybrid
The Bilingual HR Manager role is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of a rapidly-growing business. This person will assist with day to day HR responsibilities and lead strategic projects around organizational design and workforce planning. This will be the top HR person in the office and must have experience partnering with senior leaders. The HR Manager is expected to be on-site three days a week, with additional days as needed. MUST speak Spanish.

Description
- Policy Implementation: Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and organizational goals.
- Training and Development: Conduct or arrange training sessions to improve skills, support career development, and enhance overall workplace performance.
- Benefits and Payroll Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, assist with enrollment, and coordinate payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process for senior-level roles.
Profile
- Someone who can be on-site in the office in the North Loop
- 3-7 years of HR experience
- MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Preferably someone with experience in M&A and change management
Job Offer
- Base salary of $75k to $85k depending on candidate's experience.
