Human Resources Business Partner | Hybrid in NYC

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position focuses on supporting the Human Resources department in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Description

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with managers on talent development and succession planning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support HR programs, including training, diversity and inclusion, and wellness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

• Minimum of seven years of relevant HR experience (required).
• Bachelors degree (required).
• Experience in the Professional Services industry (required).
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
