Human Resources Business Partner | Hybrid in NYC
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position focuses on supporting the Human Resources department in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Description
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with managers on talent development and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support HR programs, including training, diversity and inclusion, and wellness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Minimum of seven years of relevant HR experience (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Experience in the Professional Services industry (required).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 USD annually.
