Bilingual HR Manager
This role is essential in driving our people initiatives, fostering an innovative, high-performance, while delivering exceptional internal customer support.
Client Details
Our client is an American retail apparel company comprising several lifestyle brands looking for a HR Manager to join their fast paced and growing team in the New York office.
Description
- Lead employee relations in the retail environment, promoting a positive workplace climate and maintaining high team morale.
- Actively assess employee engagement and morale within retail teams, collaborating with leadership to identify areas of improvement and create actionable strategies to address them.
- Investigate employee claims, complaints, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
- Provide coaching to retail management teams on employee relations best practices, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Support the retail hiring process, assist with on boarding, and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
- Oversee HR operations including leave management, compensation practices, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR system management.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in HR generalist management and administration
- Oral and written communication skills
- Excellent judgment and business skills
