Project Manager

Michael Page White Plains, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
$150,000 - $170,000/Year

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Westchester County. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range of work-corporate interiors, healthcare, education, and municipal builds-while staying local and working with a collaborative, field-first team.

Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through punch list and closeout

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met

  • Oversee bidding, contract negotiation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical deadlines are achieved

  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project cost tracking

  • Lead OAC meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly and professionally

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project activities

  • Provide mentorship to Assistant PMs and collaborate closely with Superintendents

Profile

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong leadership, scheduling, and client communication skills required.

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (ground-up, interiors, or renovations)

  • Familiarity with Westchester County building codes, permitting processes, and local subcontractor market

  • Experience working on projects in healthcare, education, corporate interiors, or municipal sectors is a plus

  • Excellent time management, budgeting, and leadership skills

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specs

  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and related construction software

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
