Client Details

About the Client

Our client is a highly respected, privately held general contractor with deep roots in the Southeast and a strong presence in the Carolinas market. With decades of experience delivering complex construction projects, they have built a reputation for consistency, transparency, and long‑term client partnerships-particularly within the education sector.

The company is well known for its expertise in K‑12 education construction, successfully delivering projects in occupied environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Their teams are trusted by public and private clients alike to manage highly coordinated projects that require a thorough understanding of school district standards, stakeholder engagement, and phased construction.

Culturally, this organization places a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
