• Client is a well respected, quickly scaling Bay Area General Contractor, with high profile projects in both the tech and life science space

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work

• Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and executing subcontracts and purchase orders

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards

• Supervise and support field teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers

• Monitor job site progress and address any issues, delays, or changes

• Track and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawings

Profile

• Proven track record of leading complex construction projects from start to finish, with strong communication, budgeting, and team leadership skills.
• Project experience ideally includes life science and/or commercial TI
