Senior Project Manager - Technical and Life Science TI
- Project Manager is responsible for overseeing work ranging from 10M-30M
Client Details
- Client is a well respected, quickly scaling Bay Area General Contractor, with high profile projects in both the tech and life science space
Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and executing subcontracts and purchase orders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
Supervise and support field teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers
Monitor job site progress and address any issues, delays, or changes
Track and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawings
Profile
- Proven track record of leading complex construction projects from start to finish, with strong communication, budgeting, and team leadership skills.
- Project experience ideally includes life science and/or commercial TI
