HRIS Technical Lead

The HRIS Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the HRIS systems within the organization. The successful candidate will also contribute to the optimization of HR processes and systems. Must be Workday experienced.

Description

• MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF WORKDAY HRIS EXPERIENCE
• Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including regular system audits.
• Develop and implement new HR processes and systems.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to HR and other staff on new processes/systems.
• Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
• Ensure the HRIS system aligns with HR business objectives and strategy.
• Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and data integration.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
