Bilingual Plant HR Manager - $100k - $125k
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting employees across two plants in the Fresno, California area. This role is full-time on-site and requires someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish. This person will lead recruitment, training, employee relations, headcount planning, and compliance while driving HR strategy. Description
- Lead recruiting, training, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance support.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, wage tracking, and benefits administration.
- Implement and train teams on HR systems, including scheduling and self-service tools.
- Drive employee engagement and headcount planning.
Profile
- Experienced HR leader with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in employee relations, training, and performance development.
- Proficient in HR systems, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Availability to be on-site 5 days a week.
