An elite custom home builder in Southwest Ranches is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of ground-up luxury residential projects valued at $10M+. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-end builds while working with an organization known for craftsmanship and client excellence.

Our client is a boutique, high-end custom home builder specializing in luxury estates across South Florida. With a reputation for exceptional design quality, concierge-level service, and precise execution, they manage only a select number of projects at a time to ensure uncompromised attention to detail. Their culture is close-knit, driven, and highly collaborative-ideal for PMs who take pride in producing industry-leading luxury residences.

Description

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+.

  • Manage construction operations on-site to ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and homeowners to maintain seamless communication throughout the project.

  • Lead weekly project meetings, provide regular reporting, and proactively manage risks or issues.

  • Approve subcontractor bids, change orders, and invoices to maintain project financials.

  • Ensure all work meets high luxury-residential standards and deliver a best-in-class client experience.

  • Commute to Delray Beach once per week for internal meetings or project reviews.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes, ideally $10M+ in value.

  • Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction processes, finishes, and luxury build standards.

  • Proven ability to oversee complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor teams.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a service-driven mindset.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to represent the builder with professionalism and integrity.

  • Comfortable commuting to Delray Beach weekly.
