Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant supports senior IT executives, including the Head of Front Office and Head of Corporate Services Technology, by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Description
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Anticipates needs, prepares thoroughly for meetings and travel, and ensures accuracy in expense filing and document management.
Excellent Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with senior executives, visitors, and cross-functional teams.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools like calendar management and collaboration platforms.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to handle last-minute requests and new tasks, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Professionalism and Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and represents the executive office with a high level of professionalism.
Customer Service Orientation: Welcomes and assists visitors, supports colleagues, and ensures a positive office environment.
Profile
3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting IT executives in financial services
Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office management tools
Adaptable and flexible, able to handle last-minute requests and new tasks
Maintains professionalism and discretion at all times
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to support senior leadership and colleagues effectively
