Superintendent
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for building exceptional commercial spaces? Our client, a highly respected General Contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects.

Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the job site.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with tools like Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
