The Custom Home Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role requires a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

Description
- Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
