Administrative Assistant (Legal)
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Attorneys & Associates. As the Administrative Assistant you will provide high-level support to the firm, oversee calendar management, coordinate travel, meetings and conference calls, and liaise with clients.
This role is hybrid in NYC.

Description
- Manager busy calendars for Attorneys & Associates.
- Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Respond and follow up on client requests via phone and email.
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests and related logistics.
- Coordinate a high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements and process business requests.
- Proofread and make revisions to documents as requested.
- Enter attorney's time via 3E as needed.
- Create, revise and format legal documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Conduct internet research as directed by attorneys.
- Establish and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Interface and establish ongoing positive business relationships with clients.
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, itineraries, and personal commitments.
- Enters, proofreads and finalizes attorney's time entries on a daily basis.
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and privacy.
Profile
- 3-7 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant at a law firm.
- Ability to to exercise sound judgment, work independently and make decisions.
- Strong understanding of legal software/technologies.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Manhattan.
