- Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and demonstrates sound judgment in handling sensitive matters or performance issues.
- Excels at multitasking, organization, and prioritizing work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Is proactive, solutions-oriented, and leads by example with professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to client service.
- Has strong technical proficiency in legal systems such as iManage, 3E, and Chrome River, along with Microsoft Office tools.
