Head of HR | Onsite in NYC
The Head of HR will lead and manage the Human Resources function for the Americas. This is a hands-on role, responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both HR administrative responsibilities and strategic business partnering. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices within the financial services industry. The role is fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in the Americas region.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the financial services industry.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.

Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
- Bachelors degree (required).
- 12-15 years of HR experience within financial services (required).
- Proven expertise in human resources management, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment practices in the Americas region.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Analytical skills to assess HR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work onsite 5-days a week in Midtown Manhattan.
