Client Success Associate
A client is looking to bring on a Client Success Associate to support Client Success Managers in managing the full client lifecycle post-sale, focusing on delivering value, understanding client goals, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners on a global scale.

Description
Support Client Success Managers by fostering client engagement, demonstrating ROI, and driving high satisfaction and retention across their assigned portfolio.
Assist with seamless client onboarding and ensure delivery of agreed success outcomes aligned with client goals.
Use Salesforce dashboards to monitor client data, identify trends, and take proactive actions to improve engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams-including Data Engineering, Product, and Support-to address client issues, gather feedback, and enhance processes.
Contribute to internal process optimization, document workflows, and occasionally travel within the America region as needed.
Profile
- 1-7 years of experience in a client facing role within the financial services industry.
Eager to learn and absorb financial and technical knowledge related to our solutions.
Skilled in creating, improving, and maintaining clear and relevant documentation.
Confident in collaborating with cross-functional teams across various departments and locations.
