HR Controller
This role is responsible for overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor, managing payroll activities, and budgeting. The HR Controller will work closely with management and employees to maintain budgeting & payroll within the organization.

Description
Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses, while maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws.
HR Compliance: Monitor adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies; support audits and reporting requirements.
Workforce Management: Support workforce planning, attendance tracking, and overtime management to ensure operational efficiency.
HR Data & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics, employee records, and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries and ensure compliance with benefits policies.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
