Project Manager- Hospitality Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee hospitality-focused construction projects including restaurants, retail spaces, and office interiors throughout the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering high-quality commercial interiors on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Our client is a reputable South Florida general contractor specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality interiors. With a strong portfolio of restaurants, boutique retail spaces, and modern office buildouts, they are known for their attention to detail, collaborative project teams, and long-standing relationships with some of the region's top developers and property owners.

Description

• Lead all phases of project management from pre-construction to close-out.

• Coordinate daily with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

• Monitor job site performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, specifically with restaurants, retail, or office interiors.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and permitting processes in Florida.

• Proficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Buildertrend.

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of detail.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
