Description

• Lead projects valued around $50M from start to finish
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communication
• Drive project execution and risk management
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving project goals.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years leading construction projects
• Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid work
• Proven success managing large-scale builds
• Strong leadership and team management skills
