Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager who will lead HR strategies for two manufacturing plants in the Fresno area, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and internal recruitment strategy. This role requires full onsite presence and bilingual fluency in Spanish. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, the company is seeking an experienced HR leader to advance its human resources strategy and support its growing workforce.
Description
- Lead HR strategies for two manufacturing plants, focusing on recruitment strategy, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manage onboarding, compliance training, and employee development programs to support retention and growth.
- Implement and lead HRIS scheduling tools and resources, including shift bidding and self-service options, to streamline operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management, addressing concerns and conducting workplace investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws through regular audits, training, and policy updates.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and responding to employee inquiries promptly.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and develop actionable plans to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with managers on performance management and career pathing initiatives to build strong, capable teams.
Profile
- Experience: 8+ years in human resources, preferably in manufacturing, with a proven ability to manage multi-site HR functions.
- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish
