Superintendent- Multifamily
An established general contractor is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of mixed-use multifamily developments in the heart of Miami. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Description
Oversee all field operations on ground-up mixed-use and multifamily job sites.
Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and city inspectors to ensure project milestones are met.
Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, and manage compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Schedule and supervise daily work activities, ensuring trades are sequenced efficiently and conflicts are minimized.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
Maintain daily reports and project documentation through construction management software.
Profile
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a strong focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects.
Proven track record managing ground-up projects from start to finish, ideally in urban environments.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local permitting processes in South Florida.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Ability to manage high-pressure timelines while maintaining quality standards.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
