Superintendent- Multifamily

An established general contractor is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of mixed-use multifamily developments in the heart of Miami. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Description

• Oversee all field operations on ground-up mixed-use and multifamily job sites.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and city inspectors to ensure project milestones are met.

• Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, and manage compliance with OSHA and company policies.

• Schedule and supervise daily work activities, ensuring trades are sequenced efficiently and conflicts are minimized.

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain daily reports and project documentation through construction management software.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a strong focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects.

• Proven track record managing ground-up projects from start to finish, ideally in urban environments.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local permitting processes in South Florida.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Ability to manage high-pressure timelines while maintaining quality standards.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Offer
