Project Manager- Custom Homes

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience overseeing high-end custom homes in the $10M+ range. This is an opportunity to join a reputable luxury homebuilder and lead projects from concept to completion in Fort Lauderdale's elite neighborhoods.

Their portfolio includes oceanfront estates, intracoastal homes, and exclusive private residences in Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious communities.

Description

• Manage all phases of custom home projects valued at $10M+, from pre-construction through to final handover.

• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure vision and quality standards are upheld.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and city officials to keep projects on schedule and in compliance with local codes.

• Monitor project budgets, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure all costs align with client expectations.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure craftsmanship and timelines are being met.

• Resolve issues proactively and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in custom homebuilding, with at least three completed homes in the $8M-$15M range.

• Deep understanding of high-end residential construction methods, materials, and finishes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.

• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.

• Local market knowledge of Fort Lauderdale or greater South Florida is highly preferred.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
