We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading insurance company in New York. This role involves delivering strategic HR solutions and fostering a positive work environment to support business objectives.

Description
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve organizational performance.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR practices.
- Manage employee performance review processes and support career development initiatives.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in human resources within the insurance, financial services or professional services industries.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
