Personal Assistant to CEO
Our client is a Real Estate firm who is seeking a Personal Assistant to support our CEO with daily operations, strategic initiatives, and personal matters. The ideal candidate will have previous Personal Assistance experience and be able to assist with personal & business tasks.
This role required a valid driver's license.

Description
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, picking up dry cleaning, bank runs, lunch orders, etc.
- Manage & maintain the CEO's personal vehicle - driving the vehicle for service, inspections, registration, insurance
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
- Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and requests
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and tasks as required
- Manage household vendors, reservations, and occasional event planning
Profile
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- In-office Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability
