Description

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Facilitate corporate communications by drafting, reviewing, and distributing key messages and correspondence.
  • Organize and oversee internal administrative processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Design and implement internal processes to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee and coordinate corporate communication initiatives, including branding and messaging for external events.
  • Plan, design, and manage corporate stands at industry events, ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and corporate documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Support in managing and optimizing operational processes related to executive functions.

Profile

  • Proven experience in an executive support or similar administrative role.
  • Industry experience in a relevant sector is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Experience in corporate event planning and communication strategy is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX.
