Profile
- Proven experience in an executive support or similar administrative role.
- Industry experience in a relevant sector is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
- Experience in corporate event planning and communication strategy is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
- Must be based in Austin, TX.
