We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Director to be a strategic thought partner to our clients senior leadership team. The ideal candidate would be adept at handling HR processes, policies, and strategies to foster a high performing and collaborative culture.

• Strategically lead the human resources department to meet the organizational goals.
• Create organization design and framework
• Manage employee relations and address employee issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation plans.

Profile

A successful HR Director should have:

• 10+ years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• SHRM certification is a plus
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer
