Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale healthcare construction project in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects from ground-up through completion.

Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities for a major healthcare project, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily operations.

• Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and design teams.

• Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and healthcare-specific standards.

• Anticipate and resolve field issues to keep the project moving efficiently.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.

• Demonstrated success managing large-scale hospital, medical office, or specialty healthcare facility builds.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements including infection control, interim life safety measures, and compliance with AHCA regulations.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
