The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for running a full cycle desk including business development & recruitment. This position focuses on building strong relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Description

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the business services industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with clients to create effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified professionals in the human resources field.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • Provide market insights and industry trends to clients to guide hiring decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
  • Strategic Business Development for existing clients and breaking into new accounts.

Profile

A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • A proven track record in recruitment or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
