Senior HRBP
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The successful candidate will work closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and teams across regions to provide strategic HR support, organizational development, leadership coaching, and talent management.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, helping us scale and optimize our talent strategies and enhance organizational performance globally.
Description
Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives and senior leadership to align HR strategies with the foundation's goals, ensuring that talent is leveraged effectively to drive performance and organizational growth.
Leadership Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders, helping to develop leadership capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to executives on complex people-related issues.
Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to improve organizational structure, culture, and processes that support the foundation's mission. Lead change management efforts and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
Talent Management and Succession Planning: Develop and implement talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent globally. Lead succession planning efforts and ensure the right leadership pipeline is in place.
Employee Engagement and Well-being: Work closely with the leadership team to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Global HR Strategy Execution: Lead the development and execution of global HR strategies, ensuring that regional nuances and cultural differences are understood and addressed. Provide expert guidance on HR issues across multiple countries.
Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment between individual, team, and organizational objectives. Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Use data to drive decision-making and provide insights to the leadership team. Track key HR metrics and trends to inform strategy and improve organizational effectiveness.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's or HR certification preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic HR business partnering. Experience working with senior executives and C-suite leaders is required. Prior experience in the non-profit sector on a global is preferred.

High emotional intelligence, with a focus on fostering strong relationships and understanding diverse employee needs.
Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR metrics to drive business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Job Offer
- Fixed term contract for 8/9 Months

- 10 days a month on site (Hybrid 2 days p/w)
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
