HR Director
As Human Resources Director, you will oversee recruitment processes, maintain compliance with employee records, and manage attendance and leave policies.

Description
Personnel Management: Supervise recruitment activities, ensure proper management of employee records, and oversee attendance and leave policies.
Performance Evaluation: Guarantee the timely completion of performance reviews and support department leaders in implementing necessary actions.
Policy & Compliance: Interpret and enforce policies to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement: Create programs to enhance employee morale and act as a communication bridge between staff, union representatives, and management.
Training & Development: Facilitate new employee orientation, coordinate ongoing professional development programs, and keep accurate training documentation.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with mandatory postings, manage unemployment claims, conduct investigations, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations.
Recruitment & Counseling: Provide support in the hiring process, employee training, counseling, and managing disciplinary actions when required.
Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 7-10 yrs of HR Experience out of financial services.
- Experience with ADP WFN.
