This is a temporary position to support our client with I-9 auditing and filing. As HR Administrator, you will support HR operations by conducting research, updating systems, drafting policies, and managing various HR projects

Client Details

Our client is a Non Profit and community justice organization that centers safety and racial justice.

Description

  • Support HR operations by conducting research, updating systems, drafting policies, and managing various HR projects
  • Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices to support strategic initiatives
  • Update and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Develop and deliver presentations for internal HR communications and training
  • Support ad hoc HR projects as needed, including compliance initiatives and employee engagement efforts

Profile

  • This role requires strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional documents
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and organization
  • Experience building presentations for internal and external audiences
