Construction Traveling Project Manager (Nation Wide)

We are seeking a talented Traveling Project Manager to oversee ground-up and interior build-out projects for major retail and restaurant brands across the country. Description

• Lead retail and restaurant construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.

• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, clients, and field staff to ensure on-time delivery.

• Travel to project sites, oversee field operations, and provide hands-on leadership to ensure quality and safety.

• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client reporting.

• Proactively resolve challenges while keeping projects aligned with client expectations.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in retail and/or restaurant projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in different locations.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75-90%).

• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
