Executive Assistant to CFO
This organization is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is a critical partner to the CFO, enabling efficiency, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as a trusted liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.

This organization is a leading technology platform based in Manhattan, NY. They have offices across the US and globally, and continue to expand.
Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and manage materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, financial documents, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal departments, board members, investors, and external partners.
- Manage confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events.
- Track key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Assist with financial communications, including the preparation of internal reports, earnings call materials, and investor presentations.
- Support the CFO in project management, conducting research, and compiling data for decision-making.
- Act as a gatekeeper and prioritizer for requests to and from the CFO's office.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably within finance or a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with financial systems or tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working independently, anticipating needs, and making sound decisions.
- Experience supporting a CFO or finance executive at a public company or private equity-backed organization is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
