Customer Experience Coordinator

My client is looking for a Customer Operations Associate who is hungry for their first or next opportunity. This person will support all Customer Success and Operations functions and will be a critical member of the team with plenty of opportunity for growth!

Description

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Build brand knowledge base and be a subject matter expert in the brand
• Respond to all Customer inquiries from website support and social media
• Resolve Customer issues and handle all customer complaints
• Keep record and track comments and complaints via Gorgias
• Cross function collaboration to problem solve
• Handling Returns & Exchanges thru Loop

Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve, alleviate conflicts, de-escalate tactfully
• Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize
• Competent technical knowledge
• Team player willing to work in fast-paced startup environment
• Proven expertise in field of customer satisfaction
• 1-3 years experience
