Lead Superintendent - $120M Multifamily Project
The Lead Superintendent will oversee the construction of a $120M multifamily & affordable housing project in Boston, ensuring that all phases are executed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Description
The Lead Superintendent - $120M project will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the $120M construction project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are strictly adhered to on-site.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
