HR Generalist
This HR Generalist role will focus on employee relations and recruitment while working closely with the HR Director and a small, friendly HR team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, particularly in a retail or manufacturing environment, and be ready to contribute to an engaging and supportive company culture. Spanish speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Description
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide general HR support to all employees.
- Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for various positions across the organization, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, including the HR Director, VP of HR, and other HR professionals, to support employee needs and organizational goals.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, manage employee exits, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- HR Support: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and provide general HR administrative support.
Profile
- Experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations within a retail operation.
- Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll system.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR, including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, ADEA, EPA, and immigration compliance.
