Job Requirements of HR Generalist (Spanish Speaking):

- Manage workers' comp claims, ensuring timely reporting and communication with employees, supervisors, and insurance providers.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and maintain records for compliance.
- Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave requests in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Partner with managers to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires complete orientation and paperwork accurately.
- Oversee offboarding, including exit interviews and coordination of final pay and benefits

Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide data-driven insights and assist with audits as needed.
