Recruitment Consultant- Human Resources
This role will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and business development with a focus within Human Resources.

Description
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent using various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.

Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Provide consultative support to clients on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Candidate Management:
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing clear communication and support from application to placement.
- Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks as needed.

Pipeline Development:
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
- Proactively identify and connect with passive candidates to build long-term relationships.

Data Management:
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate and client data effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
Profile
- Bachelor Degree
- 1+ years of Agency Recruitment or Sales experience
