Description

• As an essential team member, you will manage project coordination, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in human resources, project management, and analytical abilities.
• You will collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to ensure project deadlines are met and compliance with company policies and regulations is maintained.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Analyze data and metrics to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with HRIS system, preferably Workday
• Proactive
• Experience with auditing and implementation
