Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Are you a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building excellence? Our client, a respected general contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects.

Description
- Lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to the project team
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively manage site challenges
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
