Account Executive - Custom Metal Fabrication

The Account Executive - Custom Metal Fabrication will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships within the business services industry. This role requires a strong understanding of custom metal fabrication and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.

Our client is a custom metal fabrication and machining company based in Nebraska. They have grown into a precision-focused manufacturer serving industrial clients across the U.S. Their services include

• CNC Machining
• Metal Fabrication
• Welding and Laser Welding
• Waterjet cutting
• 3D laser scanning
• 5-axis machining

They have been very successful and profitable since inception. They are currently in 9 states and looking to be in all 50!

Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Track and manage account performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Profile

A successful Account Executive - Custom Metal Fabrication should have:

• A strong background in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Experience selling a component or custom part or solution into food manufacturing - REQUIRED
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
