Senior Billing Coordinator
The Senior Billing Coordinator will manage billing processes and ensure accuracy and compliance within the finance department of a national law firm. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to oversee invoicing and financial reporting activities.

Description
- Prepare, review, and manage client invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate billing records and manage account reconciliations.
- Generate financial reports and analyze billing trends to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to billing processes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Billing Coordinator should have:
- Proficiency in billing systems and financial software. (Aderant/Elite/3E)
- Strong understanding of billing and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a legal department in a business services setting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
