Responsibilities of a Project Manager (CA K-12 Construction) - Sacramento, CA

• Managing Client Relationships
• Primavera Scheduling
• Contractor Quality Control Programs
• Management of all project team members (Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator)
• Developing Construction Work Plans with Superintendents & Foremen
• 100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project Scope
• Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status Reports
• Complete understating of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting
• Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, & Customer Satisfaction Results

Profile

A Successfull Commercial Construction Project Manager - Sacramento, CA

• 5+ years with relevant experience in public works, DSA, or OSHPD construction
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, and/or construction management
• Experience in coordinating project activities , assisting the Director of Construction or Senior Project Manager
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and their tasks, milestones and deliverables
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore
