Description
As the Project Manager, reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee full life‑cycle delivery of multifamily projects.- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee buyout
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and controls
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the project
- Provide leadership to APMs and site teams
- Drive projects to successful completion
Profile
For the Project Manager we are seeking:- Strong background managing ground‑up multifamily developments as a lead Project Manager
- Texas project experience required
- Stable employment record (2-3 years per role minimum)
- Procore experience beneficial
- Strong communication, leadership, and technical capability
