Our client, a rapidly growing engineering firm, is expanding their team and seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC projects within the industrial manufacturing sector located in their HQ Cincinnati, Ohio. This individual will take full ownership of projects from front-end engineering and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final delivery.

Description

• Lead full lifecycle EPC projects within industrial manufacturing environments
• Manage scope development, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
• Oversee front-end engineering and design coordination through construction and project closeout
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations
• Monitor financial performance, manage change orders, and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and execution standards

Profile

A successful Project Manager - EPC should have:

• Demonstrated experience managing EPC projects in industrial manufacturing settings
• Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement processes, and construction execution
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project financials
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced industrial environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
