HR Business Partner - Bilingual
The Human Resources Business Partner will drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Description
- Lead the execution of HR strategies and initiatives that support the broader business goals.
- Oversee employee relations activities.
- Enforce a variety of policies, including attendance management and employee investigation protocols.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing requests, concerns, or conflicts.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by proactively identifying and resolving HR-related challenges.
- Identify training needs and track the progress of training initiatives.
- Provide management with HR insights and support decision-making through HR data.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements across all HR practices.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
- Supervise and maintain a performance appraisal system that promotes high employee performance.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in an HR business partner role.
- Previous experience in handling employee relations.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong focus on people and achieving results.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Capability to design strategies combined with effective leadership skills.
- Exceptional skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentations.
- Comprehensive understanding of New Jersey labor laws and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
