Seeks a Technology Support Analyst
Description
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain legal-specific applications.
- Support VPN access, remote connectivity, and secure file transfers.
- Ensure compliance with firm security policies and assist with cybersecurity awareness.
- Provide user training on firm technology systems and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Profile
- 2+ years in IT support, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with legal applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and cybersecurity principles.
