Senior Director of HR - RELOCATION PROVIDED
The Senior Director of HR will oversee strategic human resources functions, including workforce planning, talent management, compliance, and labor relations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This person will drive HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a culture that supports innovation and productivity. This role is full-time on-site in the Charleston, WV area. RELOCATION CAN BE PROVIDED.

This role will be headquartered in the Charleston, West Virginia area with 25% travel throughout the year. RELOCATED ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.
Description
Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with business growth objectives.
Labor Relations and Compliance: Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a productive relationship with unions or worker representatives, if applicable.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
HR Process Optimization: Streamline HR operations by improving processes related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Change Management: Act as a strategic partner in driving change initiatives, supporting leadership in managing organizational transformations, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Profile
- 15+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
- The ability to be on-site full-time in West Virginia with 25% of travel - RELOCATED ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
- Strategic HR experience
- Must have experience managing a large team (4+ direct reports)
- Must have experience partnering with C-Suite / VP-level leadership on strategic business initiaties
Job Offer
- $150K - $200K base salary and annual bonus
