The New York office, located in Midtown Manhattan, is the North American headquarters, and home to the growing Human Resources recruitment team. This top billing team of 10 is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant.

Michael Page, a global leader in recruitment, is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to specialize in Human Resources recruitment for full-time direct hire roles across industries. This is a 360° recruitment role, requiring business development, full cyle recruitment, relationship management, and a strong ability to connect top HR talent with leading organizations.
Description
- Business Development: Build and manage relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their HR hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and place top HR professionals in direct hire roles across various industries.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of HR industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide consultative insights.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
Profile
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (HR recruitment experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- A results-driven, self-motivated mindset with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
